Family Tinkering Workshop

Montalvo Arts Center
Saturday, February 27, 2016, from 10 to noon, Barn Studio.

Family Tinkering time is the occasion to make things together, in a friendly ambiance at Montalvo. Today was the first session of the series of 3. Kids from 4 to 8 showed up with their parents and participate during two hours, using all the material at their disposition, a lot of recycled material from RAFT and basic material like pipe cleaners, popsicle sticks and bamboo skewers. We also had tools like glue guns and Dremel, that the kids gladly used (under supervision).
30 minutes before the end of the session each kid or family presented what they worked on to the group.

We had some pretty serious young tinkerers participating to that first session!
