Gilding the Collapse: Artists of the Billboard Art Project

Collar Works is pleased to announce Gilding the Collapse: Artists of the Billboard Art Project, a group exhibition of eighteen artists curated by area artist Jennifer Hunold, presented in conjunction with the Billboard Art Project coming early July to Fuller Road in Albany.

Artist chosen for this exhibition previously exhibited work for The Billboard Art Project in cities across the U.S. The Billboard Art Project acquires digital billboards normally used for advertising and re-purposes them as roadside galleries. From July 2nd through July 15th on Fuller Road in Albany, a digital billboard will be transformed into a 24-hour, two week long art exhibition featuring local and national artists.

Exhibiting artists: Monica Carrier, Lynn Cazabon, Katie Cercone, David Colagiovanni, Erin Desmond, Aubrey Edwards, Michele Guieu, Phillip Hanson, Melissa Haviland, CJ Hungerman, Joanna Kidd, Keith W. C. Lemley, Lorraine McDonnell, François Paire, Oliver Pauk, Jesse Robinson, Nicole Tschampel, and Kimberly Witham.

In conjunction with The Billboard Art Project Albany exhibition
On Fuller Road from July 2nd through July 15th / 24 hours a day every day
