"I was born in Newport Rhode Island. We were a Navy family and became familiar with many cultures. As an adult I became aware of the needs of the people of Africa as well as their children. I along with my friends have supported many organizations on the continent. 

At Art Produce Gallery, I am sharing the story of Anansi. These tales were thought to have been originated in the Ashanti tribe of Ghana. This story has been retold in other countries but still basically about the spider."
